Tlacolula Project
-
Epithermal Gold-Silver Project | Oaxaca, Mexico
Project Highlights:
- Located 25km from the San José mine and processing plant, reducing potential development costs and accelerating project timelines.
- Operated by JRC, an experienced mining company actively investing in the region.
- Radius retains a 2% NSR on a high-potential system near a known resource base, with no further capital investment required.
- Historic exploration by Radius Gold and Fortuna Silver Mines identified two main vein systems across 1,700 meters of strike length.
- High-grade channel sampling has returned strong gold and silver values, supporting the case for a compelling epithermal system including 6.30 m @ 19.34 g/t Au and 986 g/t Ag (open) and 1.00 m @ 4.28 g/t Au and 367 g/t Ag.
- Close proximity to roads, power, and established mining operations.
Project Overview
The Tlacolula Project is a high-grade, low-sulfidation epithermal gold-silver system located in the state of Oaxaca, southern Mexico. The project lies approximately 25 km east of the San José Mine underground mine and 3,000 tpd processing facility now owned and operated by JRC Ingeniería y Construcción S.A.C. (JRC), a Peruvian company.
Radius Gold holds a 2.0% NSR (Net Smelter Return) royalty on the property with a 1.0% buydown option for US$1.5 million.

Exploration Highlights
Historic exploration by Radius Gold and Fortuna Silver Mines identified two main vein systems across 1,700 meters of strike length. High-grade channel sampling has returned strong gold and silver values, supporting the case for a compelling epithermal system.
Surface Channel Sampling Results (selected intervals):
- 6.30 m @ 19.34 g/t Au and 986 g/t Ag (open)
- 9.60 m @ 0.13 g/t Au and 295 g/t Ag (open)
- 1.00 m @ 4.28 g/t Au and 367 g/t Ag
- 1.50 m @ 0.52 g/t Au and 561 g/t Ag
Note: Channel samples are sub-perpendicular to vein strike and approximate true widths.
