About Us

Radius Gold Inc. (TSX-V: RDU) is a Vancouver, Canada-based exploration company focused on the discovery and advancement of high-quality precious and base metal projects in the Americas. For shareholders, Radius offers investment in a company with a team that has decades of experience and a proven record of successful discovery.

Radius was founded by Simon Ridgway as part of Gold Group Management Inc. The Company is led by Simon Ridgway as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, and by Dr. Luke Longridge as President. Companies under Gold Group Management have made several significant gold and silver discoveries and completed the successful sale of deposits in Mexico and Central America, including the Cerro Blanco deposit in Guatemala, Natividad deposit in Nicaragua, San Martin deposit in Honduras, and San Jose Mine in Mexico. Simon Ridgway also co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines in 2005 and served as Chairman until 2021.

The Company’s current focus is on its two flagship projects in Peru: the Tierra Roja Copper Project and the Jonco Silver Project.

Peru

  • Tierra Roja Copper Project – Option to acquire 100%. Exploration-stage porphyry copper target with outcropping oxide copper mineralization, located in Peru’s southern coastal porphyry belt, one of the largest producing copper districts in the world.
  • Jonco Silver Project – Option to acquire 100% (formal Option Agreement executed July 2026). Large-scale polymetallic silver-gold-lead-zinc system associated with dacite flow domes and diatreme breccias within the Miocene volcanic belt of central/northern Peru (Ancash region), a prolific belt that also hosts deposits such as Pierina near Huaraz.

Mexico

  • Amalia Project – 35% interest in a joint venture with Pan American Silver Corp. (TSX: PAAS, NASDAQ: PAAS). High-grade epithermal gold-silver project with extensive drilling completed across multiple vein systems.

Guatemala

Joint ventures with Volcanic Gold Mines Inc. (TSX.V: VG):

  • Holly Project – 40% interest. Resource-stage epithermal gold-silver project.
  • Motagua Norte Project – 40% interest. Orogenic gold target with bonanza-grade potential.

Radius maintains a pipeline of new projects under evaluation and continues to seek precious and base metal opportunities that present compelling upside.
