Radius Gold Inc. Radius was founded by Simon Ridgway as part of Gold Group Management Inc. and is led by Bruce Smith and his exploration team. Companies under the Gold Group Management have made several significant gold and silver discoveries and completed the successful sale of deposits in Mexico and Central America, including the Cerro Blanco deposit in Guatemala (Bluestone Resources), Natividad deposit in Nicaragua (Calibre Mining Corp), and the San Martin deposit in Honduras (Glamis Gold), San Jose deposit, Mexico (Fortuna Silver). Simon Ridgway also co-founded Fortuna Silver Mines in 2005 and remained as Chairman until recently. Bruce has been a part of Gold Group Management for 20 years, but has also led or participated in significant discoveries with other groups, including the discovery of the Chinchillas silver mine, Argentina, Siguiri gold mine, Guinea, and Amarillo Grande uranium deposit, Argentina.
Radius presently has four exploration projects in Mexico and two projects in Guatemala. Most of the properties are optioned under joint venture agreements so the company retains a carried interest.

- Motagua Norte project – Optioned with Volcanic Gold and announced a bonanza grade gold discovery, Oct 2023
